Mad Blast by Push Gaming is played on a 5×6 grid. Winnings are generated when at least eight identical symbols appear anywhere on the playing field. The minimum bet is 10 cents, while a maximum of 100 euros is possible per spin. With the Push Bet function the stake can be doubled to increase the chance of free spins.

Each winning combination triggers a cascade in which the winning symbols disappear and new ones move in from above. This can lead to further hits in a single game round. The total multiplier is always active and doubles after each successful cascade. If no new winning combination occurs, the multiplier resets.
